We offer Complimentary Insured Shipping on all orders within the United States. Because our architectural pieces are carefully processed and dispatched, please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing. Once dispatched, standard delivery takes between 7 and 14 business days. You will receive a tracking number the moment your order leaves our facility.
We stand behind the quality of our Kitty City infrastructure. We offer a standard 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the exact condition you received them. Please note that for sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of feline use or wear.
Absolutely. We prioritize your cat’s health above all else. Our furniture is constructed from premium, non-toxic materials, including pet-safe PP/PE rattan, high-density wood, and natural sisal fibers. Our pieces are engineered for extreme durability without the splintering or chemical treatments found in standard pet store furniture.
