We process all orders within 1 to 3 business days. Because we curate our premium pieces from multiple specialized fulfillment centers, delivery transit times vary based on the item's size, weight, and warehouse location.

• Accessories & Add-ons: Typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

• Standard Items: Typically arrive within 5 to 14 business days.

• Oversized & Heavy Freight (e.g., large wooden enclosures): Due to specialized handling and transit requirements, please allow 7 to 21 business days for delivery.

Multi-Item Orders & Separate Shipments

To ensure the fastest possible delivery times, items in your order may be fulfilled from different warehouse locations and arrive in separate packages on different days.
